Not at all! We welcome players of all skill levels. Our focus is on enjoyment and wellbeing. The sessions are designed to be inclusive and fun for everyone.

What should I bring?

Just comfortable clothing and trainers. We provide all the necessary equipment including balls, bibs, and cones. You might want to bring water and a light jacket depending on weather.

Is there an age limit?

We welcome adults of all ages. Our current players range from 18 to 60+. The sessions are adapted to ensure everyone can participate comfortably at their own pace.

How much does it cost?

It's completely free! Just bring a pair of trainers or astros, and we'll provide everything else you need.
